The Israel Air Force today celebrated its fourth birthday with parades and sports events.
The first tombstone was placed over the graves of soldiers killed in the War of Liberation this week-end at the Kfar Malal cemetery. The monument, which was dedicated at a military ceremony, was carved of Jerusalem stone and bears the insignia of the Israel Army.
