A total of 466 immigrants entered Canada from Israel from January 1 through August 31, it was reported today by Walter Harris, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, During this same period, Canada admitted a total of 116,657 immigrants. The figures on the migration from Israel refer to the “country of last permanent residence,” the Minister emphasized in his report.
