The Federal Communications Commission yesterday granted a renewal of licences for the radio stations of the late G.A. Richards, who was accused of broadcasting anti-Semitism. The Commission granted permission for the transfer of control of the licences to Mrs. G.A. Richards. One commissioner opposed the action.
