A delegation of the OSE, Jewish Health Organization, will shortly leave for the United States to negotiate the inclusion of OSE institutions in Israel in funds supported by Jewish communities in America, it was announced at a press conference here by Abel Shaban, leader of the OSE in South Africa and of the world OSE movement.

Mr. Shaban, who is now visiting Israel, will be one of the OSE leaders who will proceed to the United States to initiate the negotiations. Dr. N. Wolf, chairman of the OSE in Israel, told the press conference that over 5,000 infants and children received medical treatment last year in the eight institutions operated in the Jewish state by the OSE. He revealed that preparations have been made for enlarging OSE institutions this year and establishing new ones, particularly in the southern part of the country where the majority of recent immigrants reside.
