Jewish Invalids in Bavaria Complain of Slow Settlement of Claims

The reorganization of the Bavarian Land Restitution Office has not produced a speedier settlement of compensation claims, M. Pergricht, president of the Jewish Organization of Invalids in Bararia, said today. Many members of his group, he added had grown tired of waiting for their claims to be settled and had left Germany.

The Jewish leader stated that not one ### for a### has as yet been beard, while of the 500 claims on which decisions were reached during November, three-fourths were rejected by the German authorities.
