Joseph Rosensaft, former chairman of the Central Committee of Liberated Jews in the British zone of Germany, has been authorized by the Jewish Agency and the World Jewish Congress to conduct negotiations with the occupation authorities regarding the projected internationalization of the mass graves of Jewish victims of Nazism in Germany.
