The Histadrut executive gave a dinner here in honor of A. Kahn, manager of the Jewish Daily Forward, and his wife, who are now on a visit to Israel. Leaders of the Israeli labor movement, including Joseph Sprinzak, Speaker of the Knesset, paid high tribute to the guests in their speeches and pointed out the roles which Mr. and Mrs. Kahn play in the American Zionist labor movement, as well as the influence of the Jewish Daily Forward on American Jewish life.
