The Israel Labor Ministry budgeted only 14,000,000 pounds for immigrant housing this year as compared to 21,000,000 the year before, Dr. I. Taneh, director of the Jewish Agency’s absorption department, stated in Tel Aviv. It was erroneously reported yesterday that Dr. Taneh has said that the Jewish Agency had reduced its allocation.
