Dr. Herman Frank, editor of the Jewish weekly Freie Arbeiter Stimme, died of a heart attack at his home. He was 59 years old. A native of Byalostock, Russia, he studied at the University of Berlin and came to the United States in 1922. He was the author of several books on the cooperative movement.
