Dr.Nahum goldmann, Jewish Agency ### and Dr. F. Shinnar, Israel Foreign Ministry advisor, left by plane today ### to speed ratification of the German-Israel reparations agreement.

Before leaving, Dr. Goldmann, who will act in his capacity of ### Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, said that ### to confer with West German Chancellor Kon### tomorrow and ### Israel by Sunday. He expressed the opinion that only technical difficulties ### up German ratification of the pact, but added that special efforts had ### speed up ratification. He said that West German had not suggested ### United Nations commission inspect goods shipped to Israel ###.

Dr. Shinar told newsmen that all goods assigned by Germany ### are intended to bolster Israel’s development program, and expressed the ### the Germans would fulfill their obligations.
