The organization and functioning of the Bavarian Restitution Office came under sharp attack at a meeting here of the Organization of Survivors of the Nazi Regime. Two members of the Restitution Office staff–Herr Diloff and Herr Penschab–said the Office was confronted with a serious lack of qualified workers.
The meeting adopted resolutions calling for a speedier settlement of pension claims and a 20 percent increase in pensions and criticized the fact that widows of men executed by the Nazis were receiving substantially lower pensions than former Nazis.
