The Israel Government will reject the Polish Government’s note declaring Dr. Arieh Kubovi, Israel Minister to Warsaw and Prague, persona non grata and demanding his recall, it was predicted today in political circles here.
In these same circles the belief was expressed that the Israel Government would not nominate a successor to Dr. Kubovi in either the Prague or Warsaw post. The Warsaw note followed similar action by the Czechoslovak Government last week.
