Chilean Foreign Minister Arturo Olavarria today granted a special audience to Samuel Goren, Israeli representative in this country, and sharply condemned the discrimination against the Jews and the slanders aimed at Israel in the countries behind the iron Curtain.
At the express request of the Minister, Mr. Goren cabled the Israel Government conveying the expressions of sympathy of the Chilean Government and its solidarity with the Jewish State and support of the measures Israel will take to defend human rights and freedoms against unjust attack.
