Bulgaria Calls Its Israel Minister to Sofia for “consultations”

M. Bogdanov, Bulgarian Minister to Israel, who has the additional function of representing Soviet interests in Israel, left suddenly for Sofia today. It was later reported that he was called home for “consultations.”

United States Ambassador Monnet B, Davies and his wife will leave for the United States tomorrow. It was announced here today. Premier David Ben Gurion today received Admiral J. Delaney, assistant to Mutual Security Aid director Harold Stassen. They discussed Israels position in the American aid program.
