Dr. Werner Senator left Israel Tuesday on a seven-month tour of the Scandinavian countries and the United States to study the organization and methods of universities there for subsequent adapt ion by the Hebrew University at Jerusalem.
Before his departure, Dr. Senator told the press that the University is planning establishment of its seventh faculty, a faculty of fine arts. He said the time was ripe for it “and the country needs it.”
