The West Berlin City Government has nominated Dr. Anders-Torsten Salen, of Sweden, as presiding judge of the new Berlin Supreme Restitution Court. The seven-man tribunal, consisting of a “neutral” presiding judge, three German judges and an American, a Briton and one Frenchman, will be the final court for appeals on West Berlin restitution matters.
