Five members of the House Judiciary Committee will sail this week for Europe to make a general study of refugee and migration problems. The top item on their agenda is to study operation, plans, and screening processes now being set up for the new Refugee Relief Act of 1953. Rep. Chauncey W. Reed, Illinois Republican, heads the inspection group.
