In an impressive ceremony at the City Hall, Mayor Vincent R. Impellitteri yesterday proclaimed next week as Hadassah Week during which the women’s Zionist organization will seek to increase its 75,000 members in New York to 100,000. New members will be sought through a series of luncheons and meetings and through radio and television programs dedicated to the work of the Hadassah.
