A banquet marking the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Zionist Federation of Argentina was held here last night. The 800-odd delegates from Zionist groups in all parts of the country heard Dr. Arieh Kubovi, Israel Minister to Argentina, and various Zionist and communal leaders.
