The city-state of Hamburg this week-end lifted a ban on the showing of a documentary film on the life and regime of Hither which had been banned a week ago by the West German Government and the Interior Ministries of the nine constituent states of the Federal Republic. The Hamburg administration, contolled by the Socialists, said that the film did not threaten public security and therefore should not be banned.
