Rabbi Amram Blum, spiritual leader of the Jewish community here, has been named Professor of Hebraic Studies at Buenos Aires University. Rabbi Amram, a graduate of Hebrew University in Jerusalem, will teach the Hebrew language, Jewish history and archaeology.
