Ambassador Abba Eban, accompanied by Mrs. Eban, called on Gov. Theodore R. McKeldin of Maryland today to express his appreciation of the Initiative which the Governor and other leading American personalities have taken in establishing the America-Israel Society. The Ambassador and Mrs. Eban were guests of the Governor at a luncheon in the Executive Mansion here.
