Dr. Youssef Kessary, Israel Minister to Mexico, has also been named envoy to Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, San Salvador, Costa Rica, Santa Domingo and Cuba, it was revealed here today. Dr. Kessary will shortly make a tour of the capitals of the countries to which he is accredited, after which he will return here where he will maintain his residence. He will visit the other Latin American countries only when he has a specific mission to perform.
