The role of Zionist women in Hebrew education among the Jews of South Africa was stressed here today at a national conference of South African women Zionists by Cecil Hyman, Israel Minister, Simon Kuper, chairman of the S. A. Zionist Federation, and other speakers. The parley surveyed a wide range of problems including education, organizational matters, fund-raising and Israel.
At the 11th biennial South African Zionist Youth Conference, held here today, Mr. Hyman called for South African Jewish youth to take a greater interest in the practical work of organizing pioneering immigration to Israel.
