“HERZL YEAR” TO START IN CANADA IN NOVEMBER
Allan Bronfman, national chairman of the Herzl Year Committee of the United Zionist Council of Canada, issued a proclamation today designating, in the name of Canadian Jewry, November 2, 1954 as the beginning of Herzl Year in this country.
