United States Senator Estes Kefauver, concluding a two-day visit to Israel, revealed before leaving this week-end, that he had told Prime Minister Moshe Sharett that “I fully sympathize with your attitude regarding the supply of arms to the Arab States, and I shall proclaim my attitude on this point clearly when I return home.”
Sen. Kefauver said he has been “greatly impressed” with developments in Israel that he saw on this trip, especially with the progress made since his last visit to Israel.
