Harold J. Goldenberg, noted businessman and Jewish leader who has resided in the United States and in Israel, has been named Israel Bond Chairman for Europe, it was announced today by Julian B. Venezky, chairman of the executive committee of the Israel Bond Organization. Mr. Goldenberg, who has also been appointed special advisor to the Israel Minister of Finance, will make his headquarters in Paris.
