An attack on the isolation of Israel from the other countries of the Middle East within the framework of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization was delivered here today by Arieh Kubovy, Israel Minister to Argentina and Uruguay, who heads the Israel delegation at the current UNESCO session here.

Dr. Kubovy warned the Arab nations that the attempt to eliminate Israel from the Middle East is as vain an enterprise as to attempt to erase from history and geography Mount Sinai. He declared that if Israel did not contribute to the spiritual enrichment of the world, “its resurrection will not have been for us and for humanity more than a cruel deception.” Dr. Kubovy thanked the UNESCO for its work in Israel.
