Miss Frances N. Harrison, executive director of the Federation of Jewish Charities of this city, plans to retire at the end of May, 1955, it was announced here by Bernard L. Frankel, president of the Federation.
Miss Harrison has held the post for the last six years and has been in a top administrative position with the Federation for the last 15 years. Mr. Frankel said the Federation’s board had accepted her decision reluctantly.
