An Israel technical-educational mission left here today for Burma to help the Asian state organize its technical education program.
The group, invited by Rangoon, consisted of Assistant Dean Prof. A. Ratner of the Israel Institute of Technology, M. Anreich, an engineer, and Dr. L. Eisner and P. Harnurger, educational advisors.
