Premier Imre Nagy of Hungary has given an audience to Lajos Hevesi, president of the Hungarian Jewish community, according to Budapest newspapers received here today.
The newspaper reports said that “religious and humanitarian” questions’ were discussed at the meeting.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
