Shmuel Elyashiv, Israel Minister to the Soviet Union, is now under the treatment of Prof. M.S. Vofsi, famous Moscow Jewish doctor who was involved in the “doctors plot” several years ago when a number of Soviet physicians, most of them Jews, were falsely accused of plotting to kill Soviet leaders, it was reported here today. All the accused doctors were freed and their innocence established after the death of Stalin.
