Sweden’s first all-day Jewish school will open here this August, under the sponsorship of Chinuch, an organization which fosters Jewish education and culture in Sweden. The school, an elementary one, will teach the usual courses offered in all Swedish elementary school, but will also conduct six courses in Jewish subjects.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
