Abraham Levinson Dies in Israel; Was Member of Polish Parliament

Abraham Levinson, head of the Histadrut’s educational center and co-editor of “Di Goldene Keit”. Yiddish literary quarterly published by the Histadrut, died here today after a prolonged illness. He was 65 years old. Born in Lodz, Poland, he was active in the Zionist Socialist movement there and was elected to the Polish Parliament in 1922.
