The Jewish community of Kovno, capital of Soviet Lithuania, is now undergoing reorganization and Yiddish is once again being heard its streets, it was reported here by Mrs. Dinah Klonner, 65-year-old woman who arrived in Israel. At the same time, an Israel sailor, returning from the Rumanian port city of Konstanza, reported that the synagogue there is closed and that no High Holiday services were held there.
