Mrs. Victor Segal Elected President of Women’s Ort

Mrs. Victor Segal of Philadelphia, was elected national president of Women’s American ORT at the organization’s 13th biennial convention held at the Waldorf-Astoria. Mrs. Segal has served as president of the Philadelphia region of ORT, as national vice president and chairman of program and education. She is a member of the central executive committee and central board of the World ORT Union. Mrs. Segal succeeds Mrs. Ludwig Kaphan who held the office of national president for seven years.
