A charter has been issued to a new Klan organization here, it was revealed yesterday. The charter was granted to the U.S. Klans, Knights of the Ku Klux Klan.
The petition for a charter was filed by Samuel Green, Jr., son of the late leader of the old Georgia Klan. Mr. Green said the group would be a "secret fraternal organization whose membership rolls shall be protected."
