Frank L. Weil, prominent Jewish leader and former president of the National Jewish Welfare Board, was named American Reform Judaism’s Man of the Year” for 1955 by the Combined Campaign for American Reform Judaism. He will receive a plaque for “his devoted leadership of American Liberal Judaism” at a dinner to be tendered in his honor on December 7, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
