Major Jewish organizations today rallied behind President Eisenhower’s message to Congress last week calling for revision of the McCarran-Walter Immigration Act. Statements landing the President’s move were issued by the American Jewish Committee, the American Jewish Congress the Jewish Labor Committee, B’nai B’rith, and the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
