Every bomb dropped by Egyptian bombers of Tel Aviv will be answered by two on Cairo, Maj. Gen. Yigal Yadin, former Chief of Staff of the Israel Army of Defense, declared here last night. If Premier Nasser of Egypt decides to attack Israel, Gen. Yadin warned, “Jerusalem will be defended on the banks of the Nile.” Gen. Yadin spoke at the opening of the 1956 Joint Palestine Appeal here Ambassador Eliahu Elath also spoke at the dinner.
