A draft law for monthly grants to invalided Nazi concentration camp victims was formulated today by a Ministerial economic committee for submission to the Knesset. Under the proposed legislation all such victims who arrived in Israel before October, 1953 will be entitled to such grants.
The committee also approved a plan to float a 10,000,000 pound government bond issue for the development of industry, to be offered to the Israeli public. The bonds, which will bear 5 percent interest, will be linked to the dollar and to the cost of living index, in order to prevent any losses resulting from devaluation or inflation.
