The Jewish Agency today named seven members of its executive to serve on the Agency Israel Government coordination board which deals with immigration and settlement policy. The government will appoint a like number.
Named to the board were: Yehuda Braginsky, Meir Grossman, Eliabu Dobkin, Dr. Giora Josephthal, Moshe Kol, Zalman Shazar and S.Z. Shragai. When Dr. Goldmann, chairman of the Agency executive, is in Jerusalem, he will sit as an ex-officio member of the board.
The Agency also announced today the appointment of a 24-member directorate of the Keren Hayesod, fund-raising arm of the Agency. The directors will include the heads of Keren Hayesod campaigns in the United States, Latin America, Europe and South Africa, as well as representatives of all Zionist parties.
