Herz Akzin, Jewish short story writer, who was also publisher of a Jewish humor magazine “Ashm edai” in 1922, died in Riga, capital of Latvia, last month, it is reported in the Warsaw Jewish newspaper “Folkshtimme” which reached here today. He was 67 years old.
