The Israel Minister of Trade, Pinchas Saphir, has signed an agreement with Germany to build 25 more ships under the reparations pact between the two nations.
The agreement, signed here, calls for final delivery by 1962. It calls for the building of a total of 1,000,000 deadweight tons at a cost of $75,000,000.
