Jews in Cracow Ask for Aid in Rebuilding Ancient Synagogues

The Board of Deputies of British Jews has received a request from a leading member of the Jewish community of Cracow, Poland, for assistance in the rebuilding of two ancient synagogues in that city. Inquiries have been made into the matter by the Joint Distribution Committee, at the Board’s request.
