Bavaria Holds First Examinations for Hebrew Translators

State examinations for officially-recognized Hebrew interpreters and translators were held here today, for the first time in the history of the Bavarian Ministry of Education. A six-hour test was given, requiring applicants to translate from German into modern Hebrew and vice versa.
