A sharp attack on the Bonn Government for making reparations deliveries to Israel was delivered before the East Berlin Peoples Chamber by East German Premier Otto Grotewohl.

Premier Grotewohl spoke of the “sympathy of the German people for the Arab peoples defending their freedom and independence. ” He charged that the Adenauer Government “disregards the interests of the Arab nations and lends added impetus to the aggressive efforts of Israel’s extremist government circles. The Premier further asserted that with the help of the West German reparations goods, Israel “arms itself against the Arab peoples.”
