Mrs. Zena Harman, long Israel’s representative on the United Nations Economic and Social Council, was named today head of the Foreign Ministry’s United Nations Division. This makes Mrs. Harman the highest ranking woman in the Foreign Ministry. Mrs. Harman is the wife of Avraham Harman, member of the Jewish Agency executive and one-time Israel Consul General in New York.
