The economic department of the Jewish Agency is completing plans which would assist Latin American Jews to settle in Israel, L. Dultzin, head of the department revealed today. Mr. Dultzin asserted that several thousand middle class Latin American Jews are prepared to settle in Israel, but that absorption facilities are not yet available for them.
