Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt was scheduled to stay at the home of two long-time Jewish friends today after officials of the Greater Miami chapter of the United Nations Association cancelled reservations for her at the Key Biscayne Hotel when they learned the hotel management prefers Gentile to Jewish guests.

The Jewish Floridian reported that the local UN group had made the reservations some time ago and that when its officials were informed of the hotel’s policies, they cancelled the reservations and informed Mrs. Roosevelt of the change in plans.
